Zhuji Sanjing Environmental Protection Technology Research Institute under the company is specialized in new product development and product design and engineering. The institute developed ¡°ESP Emitting Wires¡±, i. e. BS new multi-peak wires. The wire is not only rigid and reliable but the discharging property is excellent and can effectively prevent anti-corona and corona close phenomena. Using of these wires can increase the effective utility of collecting plate up to above 99%. This product has obtained national patent (Patent Number: ZL 99 2 17672.7). This is the very important technical guarantee for enhancing collecting efficiency and extending application range of ESP.

The company successfully developed ESP used for high temperature (430¡æ) and zero pressure conditions and high negative pressure (-16000Pa¡«-20000Pa) conditions, and also for blast furnace, converter, coal gas extract purifying (anti-explosive), coal throwing furnace (low specific resistance), CFB boiler ( high specific resistance), vertical cyclone furnace, and so on. After those ESPs put into operation the performance were very good and received good appraising from customers and environmental protection departments. The self-developed BS & BSN high efficiency ESPs have passed the inspection and test carried by Nanjing Environmental Equipment Quality Supervision and Test Center, and also passed provincial and municipal scientific fruit authentication. Our designed ESP has obtained national patent (Patent Number: ZL 2005 2 0102391.4) with our own intellectual property. The company undertook the national torch program project: ¡°High & Low Specific Resistance ESP¡±, provincial scientific research projects: ¡°Vertical Cyclone Special ESP Technology and Equipment Research and Development¡± and ¡°L-T High-dense Ash-clot Pneumatic Conveying Technology Research¡±. Those projects were all passed authentication by the relevant science and technology departments. |
